Misting Nozzle Videos

Nozzle videos are divided up into a couple sections.

  1. Nozzles with low pressure springs, 3mm springs, that start to open up around 80 psi, 10/24unc connection
  2. Nozzles with high pressure springs, 6mm springs, that start to open up around 250 psi, 10/24unc connection.
  3. Nozzles with low pressure springs, 3mm springs, that start to open up around 80 psi but use 1/4in slip-sock connectors.

# 1 and 2 are below, # 3 slip-locks are here

Misting Nozzle Videos. In this first video both nozzles have 80 psi springs. Meaning they start to open up at around 80 psi. The nozzle on the left is a 0.10mm orifice size and the one on the right is a 0.15mm orifice size. Pump pressure starts out at 125 psi and is increased to 300 psi.

This second video uses the same size orifice nozzles, 0.10mm and 0.15mm but the nozzles have higher psi springs in them, around 200 to 250 psi. In this demo we slowly take the pump pressure up to 500 psi.
